    Dear Mr. Caracas,

During the 30 years that I've been the owner of 801 NE 4th. Ave., at any time that graffiti was painted on it, I have repainted it within 1 or 2 days (without being cited by the City). This applies to the east, south, and west facades were my building abuts a public right of way.

I believe that you are citing me for the north façade (which you refer to as "THE REAR OF THIS PROPERTY").

My building is constructed right on the north property line. Without committing the criminal act of trespass, (cut the lock or chain, climb over the fence) I have zero access to the north façade.

Please contact the City Attorney and clarify any appropriate laws, rules, or regulations that apply here. I am uncertain as to what they might be, and I suggest that you are likewise uncertain. Please reply to this email when you have learned more. Thank you.

    Yours truly,
    Michael Ferber

    Hi Warren,

This is running rampant now. Please see garbage trucks going over the swing bridge. I've been out of town the past 2 weeks but we need to work on a solution here. This is one of many emails I've received while out of town regarding various illegal trucks including cement trucks etc going over the bridge.

    Thank you,
    Esthel
