Please add bike lane in this street, I work at Mack Park!

I just sat here and watched a line of traffic beep at a school bus trying to drop children off. Thus is almost a daily problem these drivers have no class or sense. We need an actual traffic light and cameras like normal cities. Stop focusing on the tourists and take care of your city children.

Broad street has been plagued by speeding cars for years now, and while a few meetings have occurred over the years, the city has done NOTHING to fix this issue. Every week a pedestrian almost gets hit by a car. BROAD STREET NEEDS TRAFFIC CALMING.

Cars are not stopping at the stop sign here. It is dangerous for pedestrians.

Can we get a no turn in red at Lafayette and derby? Cars turning on red aren't even stopping when they have the red light and almost hitting pedestrians who have the walk signal

Frankly there should be no turn in red citywide the negatives outweigh the positives People can wait a minute ir two

Please find some way to make crossing Leavitt St. safer. I've witnessed a cyclist get t-boned in this intersection, close calls with children crossing the street in broad daylight, and just yesterday a car came within inches of hitting a pedestrian in the middle of the crosswalk on Lafayette at Leavitt. This road is heavily used as a shortcut during rush hour and it's dangerous as a pedestrian.

This crossing is extremely dangerous

Speed bumps need to be installed both directions in and out of the Willows. All night long we hear screeching tires, vehicles at VERY high rates of speed coming out of and going into the Willows. And fix the traffic lights, someone is going to be killed next time!

People drive like maniacs down Washington Street all the time, but really all over Salem. They barely ever see the crosswalk in front of church street, especially when big cars are parked on the corners. I’ve seen people almost hit by cars here countless times.

I lived in Somerville for 20+ years with maybe 10 such incidents In those years. The two years I’ve lived in Salem, I’ve seen pedestrians almost hit by fast or distracted drivers an overwhelming amount of times, too many to count. I’ve almost been hit myself approx. 6 times and I’m hyper aware of my surroundings. It’s absolutely insane. There needs to be better restrictions in place. The city of Salem could do well with slow traffic lights and capture cameras in place to impose a fee on offenders. The city would make a killing. $$$ No pun intended.
