    This house is abandoned and the yard is unkept. It hasn't been maintained in months. There's a rat infestation inside the main house and is attracting more rats causing all of the houses next to it to have pest issues.

    At Heather Farms Park there is a scenic lookout point where many people, kids and adults, stop to view the lake and in particular the many turtles. Over the years, the plant material has slowly encroached into the viewing frame. I do not know if anything can be done to stop or cut this encroachment back. I would hate to see this view totally blocked.

    The pathways around the tennis courts are in terible condition with weed stumps sticking out of the ground several inches high and hidden by the grass and other vegetation. These stumps are extremely dangerous/ I was walking beside the tennis court ad tripped on one stup (about 1 inch in diameter) and fell on another stump which punctured by stomach and greatly damaged my stomach area. Luckily i did not ompact this other stump with my head or ribs or i could have been killed. This is a situation that needs to be fixed immediately!

    Weeds are 4-8’ high throughout this yard. Taller than adjacent fencing in some places. Will be major fire hazard when rain stops. Owner/Tenant cuts it periodically with a lawnmower which seems very dangerous. Should use weed-wacker at this height.
