The tenant on this property is running an illegal taxidermy business and improperly stores dead and rotting animal corpses in his backyard and around the house as wel as tons of garbage.

Someone has dumped carpet scraps and a black cushion. Been there 1 1/2 weeks.

Disturbingly loud music can be heard from several blocks away. Lower the volume immediately!

Illegal dumping of toilet on 1/10/2023 between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

My neighbor is directing his run-off, drainage toward my property, and it's destabalizing the land between our homes. He's also directing run-off from his food truck towards our property, and I have the same drainage concerns. I'd like someone from the city to come out and see if we can resolve this issue, and make sure he's following proper drainage protocol and any other regulations.

The business behind our home set up a smokers area roughly 20 feet from our home, right against the property line. We have let them know that both myself and my kitty have asthma and have been unable to open our windows for fresh air. I emailed multiple times asking if they would be able to move the smoking area farther away. It has now been over a year and no acknowledgment from them of the issue. I would just like to be able to open my windows in the heat of summer and still be able to breathe.

Screaming and shouting past the 10pm curfew

Illegal dumping at Deseret! They need to be fined for not utilizing better signage, deterring illegal dumping. It’s creating trash, more homeless up and down Linden Ave.
