    someone has posted advertising fir TV and internet all over town. these are a nuisance and I'm sure the owner doesn't have a plan to pick them up.

    Please clean the gutter from 60 College St all the way to the Cedar St intersection. Surrounding streets are cleaned numerous times every year but this area is neglected. Please Clean out the bio swale and street sweep the entire gutter. There are plastic straws and other items going to Long Island Sound.

    Over 3 months have passed since my neighbors and I first reported this issue to various city departments. Because no action has been taken, a second garbage filled area has been created just beyond the tree line along West Park Avenue. Check it out, neighbors! It is appalling.
